We spent last year renewing our vision and upgrading our practices. See our new video in this post.
As the owner and director of a training consultancy I have made a point being up to date with all ASQA requirements for RTOs. This is good for our learners and supports any RTOs we work with as it ensures we are accountable for the quality of our work and maintaining compliant practices.
Creative Vision is all about the learners, all of our delivery is structured to be flexible to meet learner needs. We coach, encourage and support our learners, we feel we have a real stake in the success of their employment and ongoing career development.
Like many other training organizations we moved quickly to live online training supported by one to one zoom meetings and phone calls. We have had positive feedback from our learners about how far we will go in providing flexibility and support to fit in with their needs.
A long held personal and business goal of mine is to have Creative Vision Industries registered as an RTO. For that purpose our training arm and website have changed to www.CreativeVisionTraining.edu.au as it better represents our work and goals. I am painstakingly working away at the registration process and everything else involved to become an RTO.
Our page For Entrepreneurs holds new short courses for entrepreneurs looking for inspiration to grow an income from their hobbies and passions, or gain new skills for emerging industries. We will have news soon about potential funding of these short courses!
Through our learners we are lead to work with their communities and organizations to provide opportunities for training and employment.
There is a flash of magic that happens when we match with other organizations and communities with a shared vision of improving lives and opportunities and helping people get to where they want to go. At these times we feel certain that Vocational Education and Training is the right place be and we are making a difference.
Where is the magic in vocational education and training for you?
